Ankara Metropolitan Municipality Brings One Hundred Underprivileged Children to Music

The Metropolitan Municipality of Ankara is preparing to introduce a hundred underprivileged children to music with the “Art for Every Child” project. The presentation of the project, which will be implemented with contributions from the Children’s Art Friends Community, will take place on Saturday, October 29.

The Metropolitan Municipality of Ankara, which has made a name for itself through the social responsibility projects it has set up in the capital, is now preparing to introduce a hundred underprivileged children to music.

As part of the “Art for Every Child” project, which will be implemented with the contribution of the Children’s Art Friends Group, a total of 25 children aged 25, 50 for cello, 8 for violin and 100 for choir, will be given a musical education.

TRAINING WILL CONTINUE FOR A YEAR

With the “Art for Every Child” project; Arts education will be provided to children living in socially, culturally and economically disadvantaged areas of Ankara. 100 children selected under the project to be carried out by the Department of Women and Family Services will be trained by professional trainers and academics. After the training sessions, which will take place 3 days a week for a year, the children will go on stage and offer unforgettable moments to the inhabitants of the Capital.

Thanks to the project, which should be carried out every year, children will be introduced to artistic branches such as music, dance and painting, kazanIt aims that they can use them effectively throughout their lives.

THE PROMOTION OF THE PROJECT WILL BE ON OCTOBER 29

The presentation of the project will take place on Saturday, October 29 at 2:00 p.m. at the Altındağ Youth Center with the slogan “We unite 100 children with art for the 100th anniversary of the Republic”. On the program, the State Opera and Ballet Allegra Ensemble Group will also present a string orchestra.
